SMOL® is an innovative system for light modular prefabrication, particularly suitable for many different types of building work with quality technological and appearance characteristics. The basic system, ideal for use with simple or reinforced concrete, comprises two walls or panels of fibre-reinforced concrete on two sets of steel frames which cross over at 90° to guide and check the cement mix which is then poured in. The panels are finished to give a "stone-look" appearance.
The SMOL® system is for the assembly of prefabricated elements so that a properly controlled, load-bearing, and modular structure can be made. SMOL® then completes the job by filling up with a spacer material according to the various project requirements. SMOL® can be made using different types of mechanically efficacious materials, and adjusted according to structural and finishing needs. SMOL® has the advantage of being able to be completely assembled by hand and is fully compliant with the latest health and safety regulations.
