The Fernanda Saraillon farm business works in the wine sector with the production and vinification of grapes and in the fruit sector producing apples.

The core business is wine growing, however: the company works around 15,000 square metres of vineyards, all situated in the municipality of Aymavilles. The high density of the planting scheme, which can vary between 8000/1000 vines per hectare and the low production per vine guarantee that very high quality production is obtained. The cellar to improve the vinification of the grapes uses modern structures and equipment which is cunningly integrated with ancient oenological practices and habits. The production is of around 13,000 bottles, divided into local varieties and wines obtained from international varieties.

All the grapes come exclusively from plots in the municipality of Aymavilles which are located at an altitude of between 550 and 600 metres with the rows directed east-west. From these vines are obtained: Valle d'Aosta Fumin DOP, Valle d'Aosta Gamay DOP, Valle d'Aosta Torrette DOP, Valle d'Aosta Torrette Superieur DOP, Valle d'Aosta Chardonnay DOP, Valle d'Aosta Pinot Noir DOP, Valle d'Aosta Petit Rouge DOP, Valle d'Aosta Rosé DOP and the Jalouisie wine from extra-mature grapes.

With a reservation, guided visits can be made of the cellar and the vineyards, as well as tastings.

French and Spanish are spoken at the company.
